Every order is built from scratch. No pre-built stock. Here's what happens after you buy.
Frame style (Gallery or Standout), wood type, size, and any engraving. The 3D preview updates live.
Your poster is printed by a professional lab and shipped directly to my shop. I don't touch the print side — that part runs itself.
Mitered corners, splines, glue, oil-and-wax finish. Walnut or maple, whatever you chose. I do this by hand — it takes a few days.
Poster drops in, front goes on, everything gets packed and shipped to you. Total lead time: 2–4 weeks from when you order.
Every frame that leaves my shop is built to last — and I stand behind that completely. If the structural integrity of the frame ever fails, contact me directly and I'll make it right. No questions asked. No expiration date.
Separate from the structural guarantee: returns are open for 30 days from delivery, no reason needed. You pay return shipping. If it shows up damaged, send me a photo within 7 days — I'll rebuild and reship.
